Currently, the center comprises of 18 faculty members, including 11 researchers (7 professors/researchers，2 associate professors and 2 lecturers), 3 technicians, 2 management and service staff, 1 postdocs and 1 visiting scholar. In addition, there are more than 30 graduate and undergraduate students.

All scientific research staff at the center hold doctoral degree, with over 80% of the members possessing one year or more of overseas study or work experience. Consequently, the center actively engages in extensive international exchanges and collaborations. its faculty, including 1 expert who receives a government special allowance from the State Council, 1 leading talent in science and technology innovation under the National "10,000 People Plan", 1 recipient of funding from the National Outstanding Young People Scie

nce Fund, 1 participant in the National First Batch of Overseas High-level Talent Support Program, and 1 individual supported by the New Century Outstanding Talent Support Program of the Ministry of Education.
